The SoQi program takes inspiration from “So” of Clinical Somatic and Somatic yoga and “Qi” from Qigong. SoQi is a groundbreaking way to release chronic muscle contraction by retraining posture and movement patterns that are causing pain. Yoga means union, and these beautiful exercises are united by the same principle: to move our body in a healthy way. This program sets out to help release the tension that you build up each day you can keep increasing your performance and is recommended for all ages, fitness instructors, athletics, and all people who use their body extensively.
