This training provides a few tools and ideas to keep your fitness classes engaging and effective, whether you are just learning to write a program or have been teaching for years and want some new ideas or a refresher. Writing the programs is part of a career in fitness where we don’t get paid — we just get paid to teach — so we want to be organized and quick at creating amazing workouts that keep our participants coming back.
